I’m Beth, a travel addict and amateur photographer with a never-ending bucket list. A foodie with a taste for exploring new places and adventuring outdoors, I hope I can prove to broke students like me that travelling on a budget doesn’t mean you have to skip the best experiences. In 2019 I’m balancing the last year of my full-time degree, a remote job with Camp Suisse and spending all my free time on things I’m passionate about, namely climbing, hiking, playing soccer, good food and even better mates.
A bit about where I’ve been: after graduating high school, I made the move to Oxford at the age of 17, where I spend a year working in a school during term time and spending all of my wages travelling in the school holidays. After two years spent pursuing a Bachelor of International Studies back home in Sydney, it was time to jet off again. In 2018, I packed my bags, collected my savings and headed to Europe for an exchange year in Reims, France. Between semesters, I rediscovered a love for the outdoors during a summer spent at International Camp Suisse in the Alps. As of December 2018, I’m back in Sydney for one final year of uni and already planning my next adventure.
